Yorlingo helps Haitian Creole speakers learn English through short daily lessons and friendly quiz competition. Lessons teach vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation in Haitian Creole, then let learners practice by playing — earning coins and climbing the ranks as they improve.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yorlingo application and related services operated by ARA Management Group LLC ("ARA Management Group"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including an accurate date of birth, and to keep your account secure. Where a minor uses the Service, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising that use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

The Service may include virtual coins and items used within the app. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the Service only. We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

How do I reset my progress or password?

Open the app, go to your profile settings, and use the account options there. If you can't access your account, email us at support@aramanagementgroup.com and we'll help.

How does messaging safety work?

Messaging is only available between users who have mutually accepted each other as friends. Younger users are limited to a set of pre-approved phrases and cannot send free-form text. All messages are screened for safety, and you can block or report anyone at any time.

Can coins be exchanged for money?

No. Coins are virtual items used only inside the app. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account and data deletion from within the app's settings, or by emailing support@aramanagementgroup.com. We'll process your request promptly.

How do I report a problem or a user?

Use the report option in the app, or contact support@aramanagementgroup.com with details. We take reports — especially those involving safety — seriously.
